What happens

Small cartoon crowds of one-off characters, none clearly identifiable as regulars, walk and run along a sidewalk past storefronts beneath a glowing blue neon sign reading "Heavenly Hills Mall" topped by a winged angel statue. The sign holds steady at first, then the view angles down the sidewalk as people in pink, green, and orange outfits hurry past the shop windows, one man in a dark green shirt and a figure in black and yellow carrying a tennis racket move along the walkway, and a woman with grey-white hair in a pink dress walks by the entrance.
