What happens

Mrs. Krabappel, in a green jacket and teal skirt with her tall brown hairdo, stands with her arms folded at the edge of a dug pit, with a boy in glasses and a blue shirt and an older grey-haired man in a blue shirt nearby, while a boy with a large afro and a girl with pigtails watch. A boy with reddish-orange hair in a white shirt holds a measuring tool in the foreground, and the twin girls in pink dresses with purple hair and bows stand by the pit as he works. Bald, heavy prisoners in orange jumpsuits labeled "DETENTION" dig with pickaxes among rocks on the dirt, with a woman with long reddish hair also digging, and a figure in a purple beanie with long brown hair swinging a pickaxe in the foreground; the scene switches between them as they swing their tools and kick up dirt, with the rows of stakes and string marking the site.
