What happens

Bart Simpson sits at a school desk beside Nelson, the bully in a vest, and Milhouse, who has blue hair and glasses, in a classroom with large windows. Bart leans on his hand, then sits upright with his mouth open, looking worried, while Milhouse glances over and Nelson stares ahead. Later, in an outdoor excavation pit under a pale sun and a steel building frame, a crowd of small figures digs with shovels and pickaxes, including a worker in an orange jumpsuit who swings a pickaxe and another who hauls a shovel, while a yellow bulldozer sits at the top right and a few people in red and blue stand at the edge.
