What happens

A frail, stooped old man in a red outfit, Mr. Burns, is outside the Springfield T.V. Store on a snowy sidewalk, where a boy in a cap and a red-haired child in a blue-green coat stand holding a small box beneath a partly hidden sign reading "...FIELD T.V. STORE". The store window screens show a family group for a while, then a figure resembling Burns, and at one point Burns grabs the red-haired child by the collar and then chases after him. The boy in the cap runs off to the left, and Burns is left alone at the store entrance, jabbing a thin rod toward the window with a scowl.
