What happens

Krusty the Clown, Mr. Burns and Carl, in matching red robes, sit at a long wooden counter with a small green alien in a pink outfit beside them, all holding and lifting beer mugs. Behind them, red curtains frame an arch, and a figure sits on a golden throne in the center. Over the course of the scene they raise and clink their mugs in a toast, while the alien and others hold up mugs and the scene stays in the dim, curtained hall.
