Bart Simpson and Milhouse first stand together by a glass door, Bart holding a cup with a green top while Milhouse pumps his fists and grins

What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, and Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses in a purple shirt and red shorts, first stand together by a glass door, Bart holding a cup with a green top while Milhouse pumps his fists and grins. They then move in front of the dusk-lit statue of Jebediah Springfield on its pedestal, where the partly visible inscription reads "JEBEDIAH SPRINGFIELD," and they dance with their arms out. The scene ends on a rooftop above a yellow TAXI cab and stacked bundles of newspapers, with Bart pointing outward and Milhouse beside him holding the cup.
