Bart Simpson and a girl with curly yellow hair and an open mouth bob in deep blue water beside a half-submerged vehicle with red trim

What happens

Bart Simpson, a man with grey curly hair, a boy with a yellow bowl cut, and a girl with curly yellow hair and an open mouth bob in deep blue water beside a half-submerged vehicle with red trim. The grey-haired man points to the side while the others look anxious, and they keep splashing and treading water. Then a yellow school bus tilts sideways and rides a huge curling white wave, moving across the scene.
