Milhouse flails and calls for help in open water as Bart grabs him from behind to keep him afloat

What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair, red glasses and a pink shirt, flails and calls for help in open water as Bart, in an orange shirt with spiky hair, grabs him from behind to keep him afloat. Nearby, a yellow bus with a green MODEL sign sits partly submerged, and a spiky black-haired figure is visible at its doorway. The bus then tilts and sinks beneath the waves, leaving only a splash and ripples on the sea, while Bart watches from a distance.
