What happens

Krusty the Clown, with green hair and a red nose, grips the lapels of a grey-suited man with swept-back reddish hair, who may be Troy McClure, in a purple room with framed pictures, a potted plant on a shelf, and a wall phone. Krusty scowls and pulls the man close while the man grimaces and talks back, then Krusty's expression turns glum as the man holds up a pale green sheet titled "KRUSTY'S LEGAL FORMS," which shows a cartoon Krusty with a gavel and the speech bubble "HEY, HEY! THEY'RE BINDING!"
