What happens

Krusty the Clown performs stand-up under a spotlight against a red brick wall in a bar, holding a microphone in a white-gloved hand and gesturing toward a seated audience at round tables with small lamps. He turns his back to the crowd and walks across the stage while Homer, in only a white shirt and underwear, steps forward from the audience and gestures, with an unnamed curly-haired man in sunglasses and a woman with a bun watching nearby. Krusty then turns back to face the crowd, speaking into the microphone with one arm outstretched as the audience looks on.
