What happens

Krusty the Clown sits shirtless in a bubbly bathtub against a blue tiled wall, holding an unlit cigar, while Bart, in a red shirt and blue shorts, scrubs foam into Krusty's green hair and a heavy man with swept-back grey hair, white shirt and pink tie works on the other side of the hair. Krusty grimaces and stares sideways as the scrubbing goes on, and Bart's expression shifts from strained effort to a glum, downcast look as he stands at the tub's edge. Soap suds cover the tub rim and a teal soap dish is mounted on the tiles.
