What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, appears at the side of a blue-tiled bathroom beside a faucet, then the scene shifts to Krusty the Clown, with green hair and a red nose, sitting in a bubbly bathtub with a cigar, while a grey-haired man in a white shirt and pink tie perches on the tub's edge. The man gestures with open hands and talks while Krusty responds, waving his cigar and at one point holding up a dripping white sock-like item from the water, as the man glances over at him. The setting includes a yellow shower curtain and a pink wall shelf holding bottles and a towel.
