What happens

The scene opens on the Krustylu Studios gate under its arched banner, with a Channel 6 sign showing a grey-haired man beside the entrance. It cuts to a press conference where Krusty the Clown stands behind a wooden podium with a face emblem and a cluster of microphones, facing rows of seated reporters in front of orange curtains. Carl, a Black man with glasses and a notepad, watches from the left, a man in a light blue shirt raises a device toward the podium, and a man in a brown fedora holds his head, until a bright flash of light bursts near the reporter on the left.
