What happens

Moe, the grey-haired man, and a woman with a short reddish-brown bob in a light blue top walk hand in hand through a park holding a bunch of colorful balloons, while Apu, the mustached man in a white cap and blue bow tie, hands over a wad of cash. Moe and the woman then walk away past a red post with the balloons still in tow, as a group of children watch from the left and Apu stands on the right holding money. Behind them, a skate rental stand, a Squidport arch and a pizza stand line the street, where a few people skate and ride a small bike, and a red-haired man in a striped shirt walks two dogs on a leash.
