What happens

A grey-haired man in a striped shirt and helmet rides rollerblades outside a Skate Rental shop, beside a pink-topped skater with dark curly hair while a long-haired clerk in blue overalls watches from the window. He wobbles, falls and sprawls flat on the street, then is passed by a horse-drawn carriage driven by a thin, top-hatted Mr. Burns-like man, with a couple in the back. The scene cuts to a Marine World entrance with a dolphin-topped arch, where Moe, grey-haired with a white shirt, holds up a wad of cash to a uniformed police officer beside a sign reading "WILLY (FORMERLY 'SHAMU')".
