The Simpsons, “Dumbbell Indemnity” (season 9, episode 16), 6:35–6:47
What happens
Mr. Burns, a stooped old man with grey hair at the sides and a hooked nose, sits in a booth in a red-walled restaurant, with a thin waiter in a tuxedo, bow tie and thin moustache standing beside the table and a woman in a red strapless gown with a pearl necklace seated next to him. Burns talks, laughs and gestures over the tablecloth while the waiter stands with his hands clasped, and a small blue card appears in Burns's hand. The scene closes on a close-up of the waiter holding the same blue card and glancing to the side.
