What happens

Police Chief Wiggum, a heavy-set officer in a blue uniform and cap, stands on a dock at night beneath a banner reading "POLICE MOONLIGHT CHARITY CRUISE" with a lit cruise ship alongside. A couple in casual clothes walks away from the camera up the wooden gangway toward the ship, and Wiggum later checks a card or ticket with a slim man in a green shirt and brown boots, then with a woman in a pink sweater and red pants, who walks off. A ship captain in a white cap and blue jacket arrives, Wiggum takes a small card from him, and a red-haired woman in a pink dress and pearl necklace stands behind the captain as the group talks by the railing under a starry purple sky with a full moon.
