The Simpsons, “Dumbbell Indemnity” (season 9, episode 16), 13:19–13:30
What happens
Chief Wiggum, the heavyset police chief in a blue cap, stands at a ship's railing at night beside a dark-skinned police officer and a man in a white captain's cap with an anchor emblem, while other officers watch from the deck above. Over several moments, the men peer down at a pink flower-shaped object bobbing in the dark blue water, its ripples spreading around it, and Wiggum's expression shifts as he speaks and grins while the others look on. The scene ends with the officers still gazing at the water from the ship's rail, with the pink object floating in the sea below.
