The Simpsons, “Dumbbell Indemnity” (season 9, episode 16), 14:03–14:14
What happens
Homer and Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in uniform and cap, sit at a desk in the police station, with Wiggum holding a sheet of paper and grinning as he talks while a small wallet-like object lies on the desk. Later, Homer sits hunched on a cell bench beside a sink under a barred window showing a full moon in a starry night sky. Finally, Homer stands with his back to the viewer facing Marge, Maggie and Bart behind cell bars, as a uniformed police officer stands in the background and Marge speaks and gazes at him.
