What happens

Homer, behind the bars of a jail cell window, clutches the bars and chews a donut while looking worried, with Moe, the grey-haired bartender, standing outside at the left edge. Homer reaches out and grabs Moe by his collar through the bars as Moe protests. Outside a building with a JAIL sign, a woman in a light blue top and skirt with a short reddish bob stands near Moe, who wears red suspenders, and then Moe walks away with his arm around her toward the steps.
