What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, is at Springfield Elementary School, where the sign reads SPRINGFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL above the brown double doors. Inside a classroom he stands at a chalkboard filled with rows of I WAS NOT TOLD TO DO THIS, pointing and gesturing, then turns away, and later he is seen outside the school riding a green skateboard past the building and along a sidewalk.
