What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, sits at a wooden desk reading a paper at first, then sits up and turns to a recruiting officer in a grey-brown uniform with a small medal, a man with short dark hair, who stands behind the desk in front of an Uncle Sam 'I Want You' poster and a flag of stars and stripes. Homer hands over the form, and the officer's expression turns alarmed as he raises both hands in protest and then clamps them over his ears, while Homer stares at him with a worried look. The officer keeps his hands over his ears as Homer stands in front of the desk, and the poster's 'NOW!' text is visible, with a dark box on the desk. Homer's mouth opens in an exclamation before he is left standing, looking puzzled, as the officer's view is blocked and the scene fades on Homer's wide-eyed expression.
