What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, stands with other bald men in white uniforms, some holding brown hairpieces, outside a building with a red-and-white striped pole, then gestures with open hands in front of a clapboard wall. In a dormitory with bunk beds and blue trunks, Homer sits barefoot on a trunk holding a shoe while a uniformed guard in khaki walks past and other inmates kneel by trunks or read. A poster of a woman with a tall beehive in a black swimsuit hangs on a wall, and Homer points and stares at it as a heavy bald man on a bed grins, until the poster shows a bald figure in a black dress.
