What happens

Homer Simpson, in a blue navy-style uniform and white sailor cap, stands in a line of similarly dressed sailors on a green field, with Sergeant Carl in a grey uniform and campaign-style black hat facing them. Carl, a Black man, stands in front of the group and confronts Homer, while a sailor with a cigarette and a man in a sailor cap stand nearby. Carl steps close, leaning in toward the men as he speaks, then grips the shoulder of the sailor in front of Homer and jabs a finger into Homer's chest. In the early frames, a white sailor cap with a red and yellow "Four Star" label rests on the ground beside a pair of scissors. Behind them are a building and a green tree under a blue sky with white clouds.
