What happens

Principal Skinner in a blue suit and orange tie stands with his arms folded at a playground, first in a close-up smiling with his eyes shut, then holding a blue booklet and reading it or speaking. Milhouse, wearing a blue cap, red glasses, a pink shirt and red shorts, stands beside him while Bart, in an orange shirt, hangs from the blue monkey bars, and Milhouse gestures with his hands and at one point brings them to his mouth as if eating. By the end Skinner has vanished from the playground, leaving only Milhouse and Bart beside the blue fence and the houses in the background.
