What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange-red shirt and blue shorts, waves his arms beside a wooden fence and then peeks around its edge at a tanker truck labeled "DANGER! CREAMED CORN" that leaks a black sludge onto the pavement. The sludge winds across the ground and through the grass toward a brick building, where a purple pipe pours it out. Inside, Principal Skinner in a grey suit and tie gestures and rubs his chin beside Mrs. Krabappel, who has a tall brown hairdo, an apron and red lipstick, at a counter heaped with creamed corn.
