What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and wearing a light blue shirt, stands on a suburban street lined with houses and trees, first looking off to the side and then walking toward a green garbage truck where a sanitation worker in a blue cap and jacket stands on the back. Homer then stands between two uniformed sanitation workers, one with black hair and a blue cap with a red oval, the other heavyset with stubble, blue overalls and a cigarette, as he clasps his hands nervously, rubs his ear and gestures while the workers gesture back. The scene ends with Homer facing the bearded worker, who holds a lit cigarette, beside the truck's open back full of bottles and trash.
