What happens

Chief Wiggum sits at a red picnic table under a banner reading "Annual Policeman's Picnic" while fellow officers stand nearby, and Homer drives his orange car past with Bart, Maggie, Lisa and Marge in the back. The scene shifts to a table under a "Annual Mafia Picnic" banner, where a chef, a man in a purple suit and fedora, a sunglasses-wearing man and a dark-haired man in a blazer gather around a grey-haired seated man, and the dark-haired man in the blazer pulls a pistol that fires a red flash at him. The view returns to the police picnic, where two officers hold a grill tool and a hot dog while Wiggum is splattered with orange mustard as the hot dog is squeezed, and the mafia men then stand around the table with drinks and an ice bucket as the dark-haired man keeps his pistol raised.
