What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief, sits at a picnic table splattered with orange mustard, flanked by two uniformed officers, one a Black man in a cap and one a thin officer holding a sandwich. Wiggum, smeared with mustard, spreads more with a knife and grins as the credits change from 'Produced by J. Michael Mendel and Bonita Pietila' to 'Produced by Richard Raynis' and then 'Produced by Richard Sakai and Denise Sirkot'. The scene then cuts to four men at a picnic table in a park, one in a purple jacket and plaid pants, and then to a red station wagon with a roof rack and a green netting trailing behind it, driving across a field past people in red caps, with the credit 'Written by John Swartzwelder' on screen.
