Grampa and Bart stand in a red living room, with Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, at the right edge

What happens

Grampa, the wrinkled old man with white tufts of hair, and Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stand in a red living room, with Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, at the right edge. Bart wears headphones and holds a metal detector, with its coil swinging near the floor, while Grampa talks and grins and then looks on as Bart sweeps the detector toward him. In the final stretch the scene cuts outdoors to a muddy yard where a pink car sits nose-down in the dirt beside a wooden fence. Marge, with her tall blue beehive, and Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, walk toward the car, which is tilted at the right edge of the frame.
