What happens

Lisa Simpson stands on a grassy playground in her black dress and red shoes, gesturing with her arms outstretched in front of a purple picnic table where a woman with tall brown hair in a blue dress sits with her back to the viewer, next to a small blond boy with straight bangs in a blue shirt, a spiky-haired boy in a light blue shirt, and a curly-haired boy with red glasses in a pale green shirt. A boy with grey-violet curly hair in a striped orange shirt is seen nearby. As Lisa keeps talking and waving her arms, she suddenly topples backward onto the grass, legs in the air, while her red shoes lie scattered on the lawn. Behind them are a red-and-purple slide, a fence, and rolling purple hills under a blue sky.
