What happens

Milhouse, in a blue cap, red glasses, pink shirt and red shorts, leans over a wooden desk in the school nurse's office, across from a nurse with auburn hair under a white cap who rests her chin on her hand. The nurse stands and moves behind him as he bends forward, then Milhouse straightens and stands beside the desk while Lisa, in a black dress with pearls and star-shaped hair, appears in the hallway doorway next to a door marked SCHOOL NURSE and gestures toward him. Details include an 'INSIDE YOU' anatomy poster, a trash can, a red rose in a vase, and a telephone on the desk.
