What happens

Apu, the Kwik-E-Mart clerk with black hair, a green jacket over a black shirt and a white apron, stands behind the store counter in front of the Slurpee machine, the Squishee-style cola dispensers, a Jack's Pot display and a Great White Hunter box. He stares ahead with wide eyes, opens and closes his mouth as he speaks, and fidgets with his hands, sometimes clasping them together at his waist and sometimes gesturing outward with an open palm. The counter sign reads CASH at the bottom of the frame.
