What happens

A man in a black top hat, white tunic, grey trousers and bandaged boots, who is not one of the regular characters, swings a glowing green lightsaber on a blue city street, first striking poses and then sweeping and jabbing the blade. Behind him two men in fedoras, suspenders and black trousers and two women in pink and red dresses with wide-brimmed hats join in, cupping their hands to their ears and then raising fists as the man dances and thrusts the sword forward. The street has blue buildings, a lamppost, a newsstand with books and magazines on the left, and a shop with a green 'LI' sign and bottles in the window on the right.
