What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at a classroom blackboard at Springfield Elementary, chalk in hand, writing repeated lines reading "The President did it" is not an excuse. He steps back, glances around, then turns and runs off across the room past a red wastebasket and desks, out the door. Outside, he bursts through the school's doors, arms spread, and skateboards down the steps past a sign reading Springfield Elementary School, then launches into the air on his green skateboard against a blue sky. He lands and rides along a curving sidewalk past trees and office buildings.
