What happens

Mrs. Krabappel, with her tall brown hairdo, black top and teal earring, stands in a crowd at a fair-like event beside a man in a grey jacket and a bystander in a green costume, speaking and then glancing sideways as a woman in a pink swimsuit and straw hat looks on. The scene then cuts to a panel where a grey-haired, bespectacled man in a grey suit and blue tie stands at the left, rubbing his temple, while Troy McClure, with swept-back reddish hair and a dark suit, sits at a red-draped table holding a pen beside a stack of papers, under a sign reading NEIL ARMSTRONG and an Apollo IV seal, with the credits 'Produced by Richard Sakai Denise Sirkot' overlaid as McClure talks, raises the pen, and gestures with it.
