What happens

A man in a white jacket with red lightning bolts, a metal safe on his head, rides a bulky two-wheeled contraption past a pink crate splattered with blood where a bald, heavy man in a white shirt sprawls, while a crowd watches from the left. The rider speeds along a blue road in front of city buildings, then tumbles and skids, scattering debris, and his safe-head man slumps against a cracked stone wall beside two uniformed police officers, one red-haired and one dark-skinned, who kneel over him and work on a metal box. Troy McClure, an actor with swept-back reddish hair in a magenta jacket, holds a microphone and gestures toward the scene at night beside a golden statue.
