What happens

A man in a tan suit with arms crossed stands with a woman in pink and a blond woman in yellow beside a police car, while a man in a white shirt and blue tie looks on as a heavy man in a blue shirt lies sprawled face-down on the pavement with a handgun nearby. Troy McClure, an actor with swept-back reddish hair in a white jacket, pink shirt and grey scarf, appears in close-up on a palm-lined street, grinning, speaking with an open mouth, then smirking. The scene cuts to an aerial view of a street with police cars and officers with flashing blue lights, a crane, and a blue car, as the vehicles and officers shift position, under the caption 'Blood provided by American Red Cross. Give blood today!'
