What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands beside Homer, who wears a white shirt and holds a can of Duff beer, at first in a blue room with white columns where Ned gestures and talks. Homer then stands with Ned at a casino, and a large roulette wheel with red and black numbered pockets sits in front of them on a green table. Behind them a man in a vest and a bartender-like figure stand near another wheel under gold chandeliers, and a gloved hand places a chip on the table near the wheel. The two men lean over the table, watching the wheel as the scene plays out.
