What happens

Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders stand at a casino roulette table with green felt, numbers 19 through 23 and a small sign on the table, while an unnamed man in a blue shirt stands between them and a croupier in a red vest and bow tie watches from the right. The scene opens with Homer alone, hand on his chin under a gridded ceiling with black speakers and gold chandeliers, then Flanders, moustached and wearing a green sweater over a pink collar, speaks and gestures with open hands while Homer looks on, pondering. Homer's expression shifts from thoughtful to a sly grin as he lifts a small red chip or ball toward the table, with Flanders looking on.
