Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders stand at a casino roulette table beside a dealer in a red vest and bow tie with a moustache and orange-brown hair

What happens

Homer Simpson, in a white shirt, and Ned Flanders, in a green sweater with a moustache and glasses, stand at a casino roulette table beside a dealer in a red vest and bow tie with a moustache and orange-brown hair. Homer gestures and talks with his hands, then Ned holds a small stack of cash while the dealer pulls the wooden rake and sweeps out the chips. Homer and Ned then stand watching the wheel, with a pile of money and chips on the felt beside them and a small statue in the background arches. The sequence ends with a close view of a red diamond-shaped betting space on the green table, marked with the word OZEN, before returning to the three men at the table with the dealer holding the rake and the money pile in front of them.
