What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail bald old man in a pink shirt, sits at the left foreground of a pink-walled lounge with a grey-violet-haired woman in purple in the right foreground, and a blonde waitress in a white toga-style dress with a ponytail carries a tray of colorful drinks between the tables. She moves past a white carousel horse and a palm, pausing near the chariot-shaped red booth where Homer in a white shirt and blue pants sits beside Ned Flanders in his green sweater and moustache, who holds a snack near his mouth while Homer stares ahead with a cup on the table. Other patrons sit in the background at a small round table and on a red sofa, with a framed landscape painting on the wall.
