What happens

Homer, in a white shirt, and Ned Flanders, with a moustache and green sweater, sit on a red curved booth in a pink-walled lounge with a palm plant, while a grey bust with a drink holds a pair of straws and a pink umbrella on the table. Two blonde waitresses in white togas, one with a tall auburn-ish bouffant and one with a pinkish-peach wavy hairdo, stand with their backs to the viewer near the booth, one holding a grey 'MENU' tablet with checkboxes. Homer lifts a grey bust-shaped glass toward his face and speaks while Ned looks on, then Ned turns to the viewer, raises an index finger and speaks, and in the last frames he sits with his mouth open. A man in a light blue shirt sits at a white pillar table in the background holding a stemmed glass.
