What happens

Homer Simpson, in a white shirt, sits in a wood-paneled restaurant booth beside Bart in an orange shirt and Carl, a Black man in a blue cap and striped polo, while a bald waiter with lavender sideburns, a red jacket and a black bow tie stands at the table. Homer holds a brown menu with a meat illustration, looks wide-eyed and then lowers it, while the waiter talks and gestures, and in the final frames the waiter holds up a triangular metal object by the window. A red-capped figure in green sits partly visible at the left edge, with table settings and knives in the foreground.
