What happens

Mr. Burns, a stooped, thin waiter in a red shirt, black bow tie and white apron, stands in a wood-paneled restaurant with Homer in a white shirt, a man in a blue cap and shirt, and a red-haired boy in a green cap nearby. Burns first raises one arm and gestures expansively, then holds a folded white cloth and a metal tray while Homer stares wide-eyed, and later he reaches toward Homer's shoulder. Bart in an orange shirt and Marge with her tall blue beehive then appear at a table, with a red horned bull-shaped sign with a glowing eye in the foreground.
