What happens

Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and a green sweater, stands on a grassy field under a blue sky, leaning on a shovel beside a freshly dug mound of dirt, while a woman with a tall orange hairdo, a pink top and a red skirt holds a black purse and two small children with curly orange hair, a boy in a blue shirt and a girl in a pink shirt, stand watching. The scene then cuts to a close view of Ned, who gazes sideways, speaks with his mouth open, looks upward with his eyes wide, and grimaces as he holds the shovel handle. Other objects visible include the shovel, the dirt mound in the foreground, trees and bushes around the field, and scattered clouds in the sky.
