What happens

A bald man in a blue striped sweater, who looks like Carl, sits at a wooden restaurant table with a older man in a blue suit and a woman in a purple jacket and pink top, with cow-head decorations on the wall behind them. He eats, then gestures and laughs, while a blonde woman in a purple dress and pink top stands by a blue robotic Heimlich Maneuver machine labeled 'HEIMLICH MANEUVER' in a wooden barn-like room. The woman clutches her throat, gets squeezed and lifted by the machine's arms, then falls backward onto the wooden floor with her legs in the air as the machine's arm stays outstretched beside a wooden counter and lamp.
