What happens

Krusty the Clown, in a red tunic with a white collar, a blue bow tie and a jester-style hat with bells, stands before a low stone wall under a blue sky with clouds, holding a rolled scroll at his waist. He talks and gestures with an outstretched white-gloved hand while a curly-haired man in a headband and pale green tunic stands at his left, a bald, white-bearded old man in a long white robe is at lower left, a dark-skinned man in a lavender tunic and a man with a headband in a grey tunic stand at his right, and the group repeatedly shifts between Krusty's gesturing and his looking down at the scroll, which he eventually holds up and lowers again.
