What happens

A street at a Time Trials event opens under a banner reading TIME TRIALS, then a START line marks the track. Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, sits in a yellow-and-red racer while a man in a white shirt and blue tie holds a clipboard and pencil. Bart, in a white shirt, stands beside the racer as Homer leans in from the right, and then Bart stands between a wooden box car labeled L'il Lightnin' and Homer, both wearing shirts with I AM SIMPSON printed on them, while an orange-capped official watches with a frown.
