What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive and orange bead necklace, appears first at the left with a tense, sideways look, then stands at the right of the kitchen beside Homer, whose bald head with stubble and white shirt is seen from behind, as she rests a hand on his shoulder. Bart, in an orange shirt, sits anxiously in an orange chair on a checkered floor, clutching a brown greyhound that is Santa's Little Helper, and then appears in the doorway of a pink arched room hung with framed portraits, as Marge and Homer look toward him. Kitchen details include purple cabinets, a row of pink utensils on the wall and a pink flower in Homer's hair.
